These terms govern your use of uendit. By using the product, you agree to them.

Not legal advice

uendit provides informational and organizational assistance - including AI-generated strategy, document handling, and case tracking - and is not a law firm. Using uendit, including the Coach/Strategist feature, does not create an attorney-client relationship, and nothing it produces is a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction. AI-generated guidance may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be independently verified.

Your account

You must be at least 18 to use uendit. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. Firm accounts are responsible for the actions of the admins, lawyers, and paralegals they add.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use uendit unlawfully, to upload content you don't have the rights to share, or to misuse the AI features to generate harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content.

Your content

You keep ownership of the case information and documents you upload. You grant us a license to process that content as needed to provide the service, including generating AI strategy and analysis.

Connected services

If you connect Dropbox, Google Drive, or similar services, you authorize us to access the files and metadata needed to provide the features you enable. We're not responsible for those third-party services' availability or conduct.

Plans and billing

Any subscription plans, pricing, and billing terms will be presented and agreed to separately at signup or purchase.

Disclaimer of warranties

uendit is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, uendit isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product.

Termination

You may stop using uendit at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
